These terms cover use of Hernandez Law’s website, consultation form, and optional text-message program. A separate written agreement governs any legal representation.
Website and legal information
Website content is general information, not legal advice for your particular circumstances. Results depend on the facts of each matter; no outcome is promised. You may use the site for legitimate inquiries and must not misuse its forms or systems. Content, logos, images, and designs belong to Hernandez Law or their respective owners and may not be republished without permission.
Contacting the firm
Submitting a form, calling, or receiving an initial response does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or mean that Hernandez Law has accepted your matter. Do not send confidential information through the initial form. A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment, and a form submission does not preserve a legal deadline. Communication choices
The form has separate, optional, initially unchecked choices for non-marketing appointment confirmations, reminders, and service notifications, and for marketing texts about firm services and updates. Submitting a phone number alone does not enroll you in either text program. You can request a consultation without selecting the marketing checkbox. We may contact you by phone or email to respond to your inquiry using the details you provide.
SMS program
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. If you opt in, Hernandez Law may send the category of messages you selected to the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; a final confirmation may follow. Reply HELP for assistance or call (305) 661-6641. To rejoin after opting out, select the applicable consent choice again. Delivery depends on carrier and network conditions; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy, availability, and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, including the GHL/LeadConnector form. Website and third-party tools may occasionally be unavailable; call the office if you need to reach us. We may update these terms and will show the new effective date here. Nothing in these terms limits rights or duties that cannot legally be waived.
